TUBAC GOLF RESORT and SPA
We would like to thank our winners, our host Tubac Golf and Spa Resort, and the Power 98.3 team for making the night one of the best times we have ever had during an investigation. The night was filled with laughs and scary moments. Here is a quick video of the Power 98.3 team leaving after a very long night of bumps in the dark. It is not an easy thing to get use to with the activity we were experiencing so we congratulate all of you for staying the night with us. See the Video on Youtube.
In this video we notice a ball of light move from one room to the next. It could be a bug but the light seemed to be moving from one room to the other about the same time we heard walking.
Tubac turned out to be more active than the last time we were there. It appears the spirits of the Otero House were more then willing to let our guests know they were with us. We experienced tapping, audio issues, K2 acknowlegements to questions, electrical interference on lights and recorders,visual experiences,
and touching. We want to thank the contest winners and the Power 98.3 Team for making our experience enjoyable.
The following evp/audio files were collected during the stay overnight.
This first audio file you will hear what sounds like a women scream. The
Power 98 winners and our team members picked up on it. The scream
has been amplified for you to hear.

In this audio file you will hear someone say what sounds like "Leave Me".
We actually heard the voice but could not make it out at the time. We
amplified the disembodied voice for you.

While we were sitting around the large conference room table talking we hear what
sounds like a moan. The disembodied voice is amplified for you.

This EVP was picked up in the kitchen area next to the bedroom. It sounds like "Oooh Dean". The funny thing is that Deeno Green with Power 98.3 was sitting on the couch and talking with his other studio mates about how scared he was. Again, the voice was amplified for you to hear more clearly.

This is an audio file where the recorder cuts out during a "sigh" that was heard
by two others in the room. Listen for the audio cut out and then the response from
the others.

We heard thumps and knocks all night long in the large conference room.

Even live investigations have those bloopers and moments that make you
laugh. Here are some recordings that show just how scared you can be and
still have fun. Please remember the folks that joined us were not investigators
and this was their first time in a truly haunted location. Enjoy!!
In this audio clip all of the Power 98.3 team and guests were sitting around a table
in the small conference room when I walked in from the other side of the ranch house.
Keep in mind it is pitch dark and everyone was caught off guard. Very funny!
I walk in on the group
In this recording one of our investigators claims he walked through what felt like
spider webs. When he asked me to feel how cold his arm was we drew a 4 inch blue ark
between us. You will hear the snap and the reactions of our guests.
We could not reproduce any static that night.

In this recording one of our investigators said he could feel something on the bed
with him. Claims are the bed has moved before on guests. We were asking that
the bed be moved when the K2 starts going off on the corner. Once again you will
hear the reaction of our guests.
K2 hit on bed
Before heading to bed we asked for the spirits to do something big. Suddenly all K2
units and evp meters went to high and stayed that way for about 5 minutes. After things
calmed down a couple of us went to a quiet area and asked the spirits (3) different
times to light the k2 if they caused the activity on the k2 units and we received a
yes blink on the k2 all three times to confirm it was.
